Registration and Fees

You can register by downloading the registration package and mailing together with your check or money order to the Registrars at the addresses listed on the form by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.

Tuition includes a non-refundable registration fee of $80.00 annually or $40.00 per semester per student. The tuition and Tuition Coupon are due at the time of registration for new students. Material/Book fee (see below) is not included in the tuition.

Late Tuition

GSC will charge a late fee of $30.00 per student per semester if payment is made after the completion of the second session of a semester.

Late Start Registration

If admitted during the first four sessions of any one semester, tuition in full is due on a semester or annual basis. The semester tuition will be prorated if a student is enrolled during or after the 5th class session. Tuition will be owed for the entire balance of the semester and refunds will not be given for absences. A registration fee of $40 per semester and a $25.00 material/book fee will be added to the cost of the classes. The registration fee and material/book fee cannot be prorated.

Refund Policy

Refunds must be requested in writing and only be granted according to the following schedule.

  • Prior to first session: 100% (excl. registration fee)
  • Within first two session:s 80% (excl. registration fee)
  • Within third to fifth session: 40% (excl registration fee)
  • After fifth session: no refund given


  • If tuition was paid on an annual basis, the registration fee for the second semester will be refunded. In special circumstances, GSC will credit refunded tuition toward future courses. Please speak to the treasurer regarding arrangements.

    Tuition Grants

    GSC offers some tuition grants. A written application, special consideration and approval by GSC s required.

    Material/Book Fee

    Adult students will purchase the textbooks used in their classes. A material/book fee of $25.00 will be charged for instructional materials used in the children’s classes. It includes use of school-owned textbooks which are returned at the end of the semester or year, use of a workbook to be used and retained by the student and other supply and photocopy expenses. The material/book fee cannot be prorated if the student is enrolled for a single semester. Students will be charged for any school-owned textbooks that are not returned at end of the semester or year. The material/book fee applies only to the Stamford campus.
